Sascha and Mischa Manz are the fifth generation of a very traditional Swiss Hotel family. Their father, Caspar Ernst Manz, one of the most influential Hotel managers of the sixties and seventies, built a Hotel empire, based in Switzerland and South America. Since the end of the eighties the Management of the group was taken over by his wife, Ljuba Manz. In 2003 the twins, Sascha and Mischa Manz decided to continue with the tradition of the family and enter the hotel business.

To be able to take right decisions in a very competitive environment and to overtake the family business the twin brothers decided to make an MBA at one of the most prestigious universities in Europe, the SDA Bocconi in Milan. After graduating from the SDA Bocconi, Sascha and Mischa have slowly taken over the core business of their parents. Since 2007 they are fully integrated in the management team and are responsible for the marketing and the financial part of the group.
